Brown Bacon AI Data Deletion Instructions Last updated: May 9, 2025 If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to a Brown Bacon AI–powered platform and wish to have your data removed, follow the steps below. 1 Contact your Brown Bacon AI team Reach out to your Brown Bacon AI team and request data deletion. Include the name of the platform you used and the email address or Facebook username associated with your account. 2 We confirm and process your request Within 30 days of receiving your request, we will permanently delete all data associated with your Facebook or Instagram connection from our systems, including analytics data, page access tokens, and linked account information. 3 You receive confirmation Once deletion is complete, we will send a confirmation to the contact you provided. What data do we store from Facebook / Instagram? Facebook Page name and Page ID Instagram account name and handle Page and account access tokens (used to fetch analytics) Aggregated analytics data (reach, engagement, follower counts) Post-level performance metrics We do not store personal messages, contact lists, or any data beyond what is necessary to display social media analytics within the platform. You can also revoke access directly from Facebook Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites, find Brown Bacon AI Social Analytic, and click Remove.
